Bolade Oyebolu is a Chartered Accountant trained in KPMG Audit before working as the Commercial Manager of Unisys-Inlaks Computers, Nigeria. He was an associate in the Asset Based Finance Unit of Ventures & Trusts Limited before setting up Venture Capital Partners and after that Value Street Advisors which he leads. His work covers Consulting, Business Advisory Services, Business Recovery Services, recruitment, project management, and business incubation services. He brings his many years of experience to bear in the company's affairs. He is also a Director of KOA Consulting Limited, FSS Gases Limited, and Unmanned Flight Operations (UFO). He has served the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria Corporate Finance Management Faculty Board and Technical Research and Public Policy Committee.  Mr. Oyebolu graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the University of Ife in 1982. Mr. Oyebolu is a Scholar of the British Council's Interaction African Leadership Programme and is an alumnus of the West Africa Capital Market School

Dr. Bashir Tahir is currently a Professor of Surgery/Consultant Surgeon Special Grade I and Deputy Provost College of Medicine Sciences in Yobe State. He was a former lecturer I (Surgery/Consultant in the University of Maiduguri and only recently became a Professor of Surgery in the same University. He was appointed Chairman, Medical Advisory Committee (CMAC) in the University of Maiduguri Teaching Hospital between 2010 and 2014, and the second term in office between 2014 and 2018. He held several positions in the same University at different times. He also bagged several awards for his meaningful contributions to the health industry. He attended the school of basic studies in Maiduguri between 1980- 1982 and obtained his University degree in 1991 from the University of Maiduguri. He also had his postgraduate medical education in the same University

Dr. Leke Oshunniyi is a seasoned Private Medical Practitioner and Health Administrator. He has been a Director of the Royal Cross Medical Centre, Ikoyi, Lagos, from 1990 to date. Between 1988 and 1996, he was the Social Secretary and General Secretary of the Lagos State Branch of the Association of General and Private Medical Practitioners of Nigeria (AGPMPN), he served as the National Treasurer from 1994–1996, and was the Secretary-General of the National body of the AGPMPN from 1996-2000.  A founding Director of Multishield Ltd. since 1997, he was Publicity Secretary of the Health and Managed Care Association of Nigeria (HMCAN) from 1999-2002, and also a founding Trustee of HMCAN. In 2000, he was honored with the Distinguished Service Merit Award and Associate Membership of the Institute of Corporate Administration of Nigeria and the Fellowship (FAGP) of the AGPMPN.  He has been a member of the American College of Physician Executives and National Association of Managed Care Physicians (USA). He was appointed as the Deputy Managing Director of Multishield Ltd. in June 2010 and was made substantive Managing Director in July, 2012. He is currently the Chairman of the Health and Managed Care Association of Nigeria (HMCAN) and is a Fellow of the Institute of Health Insurance and Managed Care of Nigeria (FIHIMN). Dr. Leke Oshunniyi, a Mobil Scholar, is a 1982 graduate of the University of Ibadan Medical School and holds a Diploma in Finance from Harvard.

Dr. Olufemi Mobolaji-Lawal -MB BS (Ibadan); MRCP (UK); FWACP; FMCPaed is the Founder and Chairman of Emel Hospitals Ltd, Lagos, Nigeria. He is a Consultant Paediatrician with vast experience in both the public and private health sectors and as an entrepreneur in private medical practice. He was appointed Consultant Paediatrician at Ikeja General Hospital (now LASUTH) in 1983 and performed in that position till 1985 when he left voluntarily to go into full-time private practice. He founded Emel Hospital in 1988, the first private hospital in Nigeria to be designated “Baby-Friendly” by the Federal Ministry of Health/UNICEF (1994). Dr. Mobolaji-Lawal is a Fellow of West Africa College of Physicians and a Fellow of Medical College of Paediatrics of the National Postgraduate Medical College of Nigeria. He is a Non-Executive Director on the Board of AIICO Multishield Limited and also Chairs one of the constituted committees of the Board. Dr. Mobolaji-Lawal studied Medicine at the University of Ibadan, where he was a University scholar, and qualified with MB;BS. degree in 1974. He had his postgraduate training in Paediatrics in the United Kingdom at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital for Children, Hackney Road and Westminster Children’s Hospital, Vincent Square, both in London, and passed the prestigious M.R.C.P. (UK) exam in 1980.

Otunba (Dr.) Seyi Roberts hails from Ondo City in Ondo state. He co-founded the Royal Cross Medical Centre, Obalende in 1982 and began working there full-time as the Medical Director and Consultant Neurologist in 1985 after resigning from the Lagos University Teaching Hospital (LUTH). He is a visiting Consultant Neurologist to several Hospitals and corporate medical facilities in Lagos, and to most of the leading HMOs in the country. He has served as Vice Chairman of the Nigerian Medical Association Lagos State Branch and has been on the board of the Federal Neuropsychiatric Hospital, Kaduna for several Years. He represented Nigeria as a member of the National Delegation at the 2009 ECOWAS Health Summit for the Drafting of the Health Policy for the ECOWAS Sub-region in Cotonou, Benin Republic. He is a High Chief of the Ondo Kingdom of South-West Nigeria and holds the title of Otunba Gbagengha of Ondo. He graduated as a Medical Doctor in June 1975 and had his internship at the University College Hospital (UCH) Ibadan thereafter. He then proceeded for a fellowship in Neurology at the Massachusetts General Hospital, Harvard Medical School, Boston, USA, from 1981 to 1982. He was a research fellow at Harvard Medical School in the fields of Neuropathology, Electroencephalography, and Clinical Neurology. He was admitted a fellow of the National Postgraduate Medical College in 1983 and the West African College of Physicians in 1991.

Abisola Folawiyo (Nee Fajemirokun) is the Director of strategy and events - Magniva Group Lagos. She is a strategic communications & creative professional specializing in market entry, corporate communications, stakeholder relations, and launch campaigns for Africa-focused start-ups. She has worked with multinational corporations, start-ups, and NGOs. Abisola is currently working as a creative consultant for an international auction house - Bonhams UK. She is responsible for overseeing and implementing the Bonhams Africa strategy to improve knowledge, opportunities, and acquisitions while leveraging Bonham's assets to promote partners to create brand awareness, acquire new clients and drive revenue. Before this role, she was a Communications Consultant at Africa practice where she successfully introduced some of the largest international institutions in EMEA into the Nigerian market, simultaneously helping to strategically position them as key players in their industries and encouraging foreign investment in the country. Before this, she worked for Marcus Evans in London, UK to develop high level conferences including comprehensive analysis of key market trends and developments in the Aerospace and Defense Industry and was an integral part of the development and growth of the division’s structure in Europe. Abisola has an Msc. in International Management from King's College London, UK and a BA (Hons) in Economics from Lancaster University, UK. She is a member of the Chartered Institute of Public Relations (CIPR). Her interests include Art, History and Travel. Abisola is on the board of Xerox Nigeria Ltd.
